Selected SEO Case Studies
A selection of SEO projects I have led across education, SaaS, crypto, publishing, and competitive international markets. Each case study covers the challenge, my contribution, the strategy, and the measurable outcome.

01 Lingoda
Online language education
104% YoY growth in US organic impressions
Led SEO strategy across technical SEO, content optimisation, internal linking, international markets, and off-page campaigns.
02 Trezor
Crypto Security
27% growth YOY. Trezor is a pioneering open-source cybersecurity company best known for inventing the world's 1st hardware wallet to give individuals absolute, offline self-custody over their digital assets.

03 Audion.com
Packaging solutions
After Audion’s CMS migration, I rebuilt a failed redirect map using Wayback Machine data and semantic matching to recover lost link equity and protect organic rankings.
04 Norwegian Cruise Line
Fourth-largest cruise line in the world
I built a scalable Hebrew keyword research framework for 200+ pages, combining GSC, Ahrefs, competitor data, SERP analysis, and automation to map the most relevant primary and secondary keywords to each URL.

05 Cybex DE
For CYBEX Germany, I conducted a comprehensive SEO and UX audit, identifying technical, content, performance, and authority gaps while benchmarking organic visibility against key competitors.
Confidential client work
06 iGaming SEO
US & South African markets
Led SEO across several online gaming brands, using technical improvements, content strategy, link building, and automation to grow organic visibility, recover rankings, and support expansion in highly competitive markets.

07 VentureKite
Content site portfolio
Led a 10-person SEO team responsible for acquiring, improving, and scaling a portfolio of content websites, generating over 40% YoY organic growth and supporting $1.7M in annual revenue.
When Google’s HCU disrupted the content-site model, it reinforced a key lesson: sustainable SEO requires more than rankings and publishing scale. It requires a defensible brand, a real product, and value users would seek out independently of Google.
